After the 1.03 patch, I received the quickened rank upgrades (I had about 12k points so it took me to Gunny) but now I have 16,000+ points and the progress bar doesnt even show a sliver of white, its been blank since the upgrade to gunny. Is the next number so large that 16,000 doesnt even register or is something wrong??

The Progress Bar has been bugged since the release of the 1.03 patch.
I recommend you use the search feature of the forum before you make a thread next time, as this question (as well as many others) has already been answered many times.
