Having played spec-op all round, switching to support for a change, then running off to an enemy tank and toss ammo bags at it.. only happened once but was pretty 'oh no'

Clicking on "Need Medic" while looking at a medic only to have the weapon fire and kill him.

Mine is probably when i was driving a fully loaded transport around in karkand. I drove onto the bridge into the mec base, but failed to notice it was out until the last moment. So i jump out and end up on the very edge of it, but my squadmates somehow didn't realise what had gone wrong and stayed inside the sinking car.

Yeah, they didn't like me all that much after that.

the usual capping a flag...not only having my squad surrounded by loooads of enemy infantry as we try desperately to kill them all but then for my own commander to drop arty on us...

thats an "Oh no" moment followed by an "Oh ****" moment...

your a spec ops and your squadmate drives you in a vehicle to the enemy base. you destroy some stuff and then a squad of enemies spot you and you turn around and your mate has driven off

I always manage to bring up the scoresheet AND spawn point menu in close combat situations. So damn annoying.
