Jet/chopper HUD text color too light, needs to be changed

On the rare times when I find myself in a jet or chopper, the hud text is too light. Once airborne it's easy for the text to get washed out by the bright sky.

There really should be an option to change the color to something darker.

there is way not sure though
go to C:\YOUR USERNAME\battlefield 2\0001 or if u have more look for the right 1\general and scroll alll the way down all look for HUDtransperany i think chaging this may fix the problem but im not sure.

maybe you should get a darkening effect on the entire screen, since your wearing a helmet with a dark visor, then youd see the HUD fairly well
