F.E.A.R Discussion Thread

Since I started the Quake 4 thread I figured we would need a FEAR thread too. This game too F******!!! RULES!! I started it up last night after playing quake 4 for 3 hours to check it out real quick and D***!, the enemy AI is something else.

I came around a corner and saw a guy running away, then a grenade landed at my feet so I ran backwards only to have the guy that was running away jump out a window behind me while 2 other soilders made their way up infront of me. This was all within the first 5 mins of the game.

What's everyone else's take on it?

amazing but too short (as most great games are), the ending was a bit of a let down and it left a couple of loose strings.

Having money isn't a good reason to pirate. I am poor but I don't go around stealing $50 from people. I however do use torrents...but just to test things when theres no demo or if I am still not sure whethere to buy or not. If I like it enough after playing a little I buy it, otherwise I delete it.

Well Impressed! So Far So Good Anyway!
I havn't been this impressed since i first played Farcry. ( One my of Fav's)

Love the AI on the NME Troops. Somebody mentioned 10 hours to complete.
Well it's gonna take me substantially longer me finks. I've been crawling around checkin every corner at a snails pace, guns at the ready. (what a wuss eh!)

The game creates a superb atmosphere. Both Tense and Eerie.

Onyway thats my input for now! But have only just started.
I'm away to get some sleep, If the little girl lets me that is.................
