why is the grenades in BattleField 2 so powerful... I mean i would be sitting there and a little happy friend is rolling over to you'r head. First reaction is run away right.... so thats what most people do, so I ran about half a mile away from the grenade and it still killed me O_o thinking all is lost i decide to spawn and toss a few death rocks into the battle and sure enuff im racking up the kills and team kills what could be funner?

for all you new to the game just remeber:
when the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is not our friend.

if you see a nade dropping right next to you - say "crap!" and decide where you are going to spawn next ...

I do not believe it is possible to run half a mile while a grenade cooks down to its critical point. Shenanigans.

Two things i would like from nades.
1. Cook Ablility, so we can make it blow up impact, or sooner
2. Being able to kick away nades that landed right nect to you

if you are standing when a nade drops near you.. it IS possible to sprint and dolphin dive a far enough distance that you wont die...

If it's anything like CS, you'll take less damage facing the grenade, rather than getting hit in the back.

Personally, I'm able to avoid getting killed by most grenades.

the nades aren't tp powerfull, it isn't counter strike.

And you probably didn't play BF1942 from the first day, but then the nades where so powerfull, you can't even explain it normaly, trowing a nade to a tank and the tank was blown up, trowing a nade to enemy's and it dropped like 10m from them you would still kill them all, but after the first patch they tweaked the nades and they where not even half the power anymore.
