I think i just understand it, is not 3 to 1 kill ratio guys, is win ratio, like wining the battle on the map, so dont look at your kill ration, but your win ration get it?

Are you thinking of the War College Ribbion? The legion of merit is like 50 teamwork points

Legion of Merit is 250 hrs / 50 team pts IAR, with no TK/Dmg/Veh Dmg.

Your thinking of the War College ribbon. :) And yes it is 3:1 Global WIN/LOSS ratio, not K.

Yeah that, lol thanks, but yeah, a while back i saw a post about it being kill ratio, and i bought it, but looking at it, i was thinking that it was going to be kind of hard. So i read on to it, and yeah is win to loss maps that should not be too hard.
