i was wondering if there is any other way to improve my cpu's bf2 running performnce.(better graffics less lag)

ps. without buying new/better vid card that is.....

yeah knowing whats your current setup would help pin point whats the slow down on your machine but as mn9500 said the ram is critical as an example i had 1gig of ram and had to run the game on mostly medium setting with some at low with a res of 800x600 70hz and since i switched to 1.5gig i am able to run the game at a mix of medium and high setting 1024x768 70hz
