dumb ? for sir karate_hand

i have seen some of the sweet looking mapsd you have made but how do i make it so i can play them after i DL them to my desktop and it is showing on my desktop? it shows as a file that it needs to surf the web to find. like is there a specific folder that i need to put it in? please help,punisher.
(btw i posted here because i figured this is where he looks the most)

lol my english is not that good sorry,

you find that most people package the end product(map) into rar, as i have found if you package the info and 2 zips files and the pictiures and the read me info folder then package it into winzip you will miss the info folder, thats why its re packaged in winrar,

winrar is a common tool which is free, and can be well used after its 30 day limit

i didnt call you dumb..... my heading meant that i had a dumb question for you.( ?=question) it just didnt fit in the heading so i turned it into a question mark.
