Pull Server info? (Ip, # of players in servers, etc)

I tried google and searching differnt terms on here, no luck. Maybe i'm using the wrong keywords

Anyways, using PHP, is there a way to pull server information like the server ip, current map, ping, number of players. (free, without using server spy or anything, kinda like tbf2's server stat page). Trying to display it on my website.

BF2tracker.com can do it.. so.. yeah.. there's a way..

replace the IP with your server IP.. and create a frame or whatever it is they do these days.. and have the page load in it
