According to the ranking page on ubar and this site i should be an First Sergeant allready. I've got enough point and have all the medals. But i won't be upgraded to First Sergeant. Anybody knows how ? I have the medals and the points more then 7 days or something.

Master Sgt and 1st Sgt are basically the same rank level, the difference being 1st Sgt requires you to have 20000 plus most basic badges and Master Sgt just requires you hit 20000 points with no badge requirements.
You must have received at least one of your basic badges after reaching 20000 and Master Sgt. Your next promotion will be to Sgt Major at 50K points.
