Login issues

Hello TotalBF2, this is my first post here, but i have been a long time reader.
Last night i tried to login to my profile but my password was not entered as it usually is. I entered the password but it says: Incorrect Password. I recovered my password, same as i had tried earlier, still same error. i have watched my fingers carefully type it in, i am sure i have made no errors. Capslock is off. Does anyone know what has happened? Who would i email for resolving this issues? Gamespy?

Goto GameSpyID.com and re-enter or change your password. Then erase the account from your Profiles folder on your computer and use the retreive account function in-game. This will unforunately lose your key bindings but hell if it gets you back in-game its all good.

Nope did not work still just keeps telling me password invalid getting desprate now. If I have to restart a new profile I am not going to bother
