Scoreboard between rounds

Is there anyway to prevent the scoreboard showing up between rounds when you're on the same map? For some reason it always takes a while to load and delays my game which usually makes me end up not getting a ride in a vehicle.

I know, I have 512mb right now. I'm going to upgrade to 2 gigs but until then I'm wondering if I can just get rid of that annoying scoreboard.

ya i dont think you can, i have 1.5 gigs and even my screen sometimes gets stuck there in between rounds. I even have that "auto" something button x-ed out, but i have no idea what thats for, cause that screen still pops up no matter what. It ****es me off too, epecially when your playing a map like clean sweep on the USMC side and have to have a vehicle of some kind to get to the flag. It wouldn't be that big a deal if people would actually wait for your team to appear, but they dont. I guess its just something that we have to deal with for now.

the score menu also gives server a second or two to send all info to ea that it needs to update your stats

so it;s kinda neccassary but more ram will quickly allow game to reload and give u good chance for a ride
