Just wondering about a rank here; first sergeant. Everyone seems to think that the requirements are 20.000 points and all the badges. I don't currently have the Basic Explosives, but I don't see it on the pages that list the requirements either (here, UBAR, etc). They list all the badges except Basic Explosives under the requirements for this rank. So what's the deal? Did they just forget it in the list, or is not needed?

If I recall its all the basic Combat badges for 1st Sgt....

I don't know that I'd play around with it though....just get the badge. Then forget it. Because if you hit 20,000 and don't have it...I don't think you'll get 1st Sgt. afterward. Some have I think...but I personally know 3 players with all the basic badges (some received after 1.03) that don't have 1st Sgt.
