sounblaster won't update

wheniever I try a fresh install or update my drivers for my SB Augy2, I get an error say that I do not have any compatible devices installed. I can install the drivers off the cd that came with the card, but I can't get updated ones from creatives website. I've tried both normal released drivers as well as beta drivers.

If any body could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated. I want to get open AL working for BF2.
