How do you do squad invites?

Now and then I get invited to join a squad during a game. I like the feature but haven't yet figured out how to do it.

Who can invite someone into a squad? Is it the commander or the server admin?

The Squad-Leader is the one who can invite. When you are squad leader, click "manage squad" at the bottom left of your caps-lock screen.

from there you can check the boxes next to peoples names, allowing you to invite people in or kick people out.

PimpYo is right. However, manage squad doesnt work very well. It will give you a list of names on your team and not letting you know who has a squad or not. Most of the time i get invites from other squad-leaders even after i joined one. EA needs to fix this.

The tab menu (click on the squad tab) will show you which squads each of your teammates is in and shows the lone-wolves at the bottom.

I always wanted to invite the lonewolves into my squad but never knew about the CapsLock menu for the squad leader.

Heck no! If you feel DICE didn't get it right, what makes you think their publisher will? Do you call the plumber to fix your car?
