GRR cd key invalid after new windows login

my windows xp login got corrupted... seriously worst error ever.. so much bs.. anyways..so i had to create a new windows login.. when i go to play BF2.. it says my cd key is invalid.. i've put it in the little program where u enter the cd key in the bf2 folder but it doesnt work.. anyone know what i need to do?

You can not play BF2 with any other account except the one you used to install BF2 with (afaik). This has been he case since the release of the 1.03 patch.

You don't need to format just run the bf2cdkeycheck.exe as explained in the invalid cd key threads.

Just search for invalid as thread title/topic or search for threads where entire post contains bf2cdkeycheck.exe
