Ive been playing BF2 for quite a while now and I've had this problem for as long as i can remember. I'll be running along or driving in a tank and my mouse and keyboard will seem to lose connection with my computer or something. If I'm running when it happens, i can be not touching anything and I'll still be running forward and unable to turn my mouse at all. If im standing still, then I'll continue to stand still until the signal picks back up again. Mind you, I still see people running around me and blowing my head off at the same time. They tend to cut off anywhere from 2-20 seconds at a time.
It only happens with my mouse and keyboard, not my joystick. I even set the POV Hat on my joystick to act as a mouse, and when my mouse and keyboard cut out I can still turn around using the hat. My mouse is wireless (which i could understand if it cuts out occasionally) but my keyboard isn't. Both are USB, I've tried reinstalling the drivers for both, the motherboard chipsets, the BIOS, reinstalling, but nothing's been helping at all.
Any suggestions?
