the revives only give me global points, not teamwork, but i will try the rest, i dont capture enough flags, i will try that and defending. if anyone can let me know any other ways id appreciate it, see you in the field

Reviving gives you 2 teamwork points. GS = CS + TS.

I believe EVERYTHING other than kills and commander points are teamwork points. Capture, cap assist, flag defense, heal, revive, supply, repair, kill assist, etc.
