HELP my 64bit wont work

whats up - I need help. I've got a phat rig but under diplsplay properties I dont have the option for 64 bit. it only lets me go to 32. WHAT DO I DO???

ATHLON 64 - 3200

32-bit colors is number of colors, and 32 is the max there is no 64 option.
