Jets.... need help

hey guyz, i need some help please,
currently im ranked 39th aviator (dont mean to brag)
and i cannot! shoot down planes, sometimes when they smoke i go behind them when they fly straigh n just spacebar their asses, but any1 could do that, and now and then i shoot them down with the space bar button, but VERY RARELY, i shoot down choppers very easily without using missiles, now when it comes to planes this is wat i do
because i cant shoot them down with machine gun i try to use missiles
i change firing mod to missles and wait till they drop flares, then even when they turn slightly when its locked on i shoot my missiles they all miss! all of them, sometimes 1 hits but yeh my missiles neva hit anything on they ground they do... alot of jets i faught use 2 missiles n kill me, i do flips turns n get away but it seems their missiles do 180 degree turns.... so whats wrong?
coz this is very embarresing

choppers and ground

almost every round when i have a plane i get gold medal and over 60 points

but a plane u chase for 5 mins for 1 kill, that doesnt get u anywhere really, but it would be coool shooting down planes

I hate EA's unbalanced advantage for jets and wish there was some way I could shoot all you bastards down from the ground. We need some good stingers.

And I agree with gungho, there's no way you can be 39th in aviator and still be asking question like this.....................

The Ground-to-Air misiles and the Air-to-Air missiles suck, they allways miss, or alot of the time.. haha

Dunno why your havin problems, I'm not a great pilot (see my stats ) but I manage OK with jet kills. The only thing I can imagine is your not at the right distance from them when you fire missiles.

If your too close, the missile shoots straight past them even if it was locked on.

If your too far away, they get enough opportunity to shake the missile off.

I generally get a missile kill by waiting for them to drop flares, then adjust my heading so I quickly lock back onto the plane & not the flares. I distance myself so my missile takes about 2 seconds to reach the plane & FIRE 2 missiles off together. This usually works for me in 8 out of 10 dogfights.

hmmm thanx gungho, but i mean i have more chances of getting a kill with machine gun, im not really that bad at it, when ever they smoke just go behind them, shoot for 2 sec and dead, but missiles just miss, they go thru hellicopters, and straight past the planes and some how find a way to tk some1 o.O, ok maybe i made my self sound a lil bad, bout of all my kills i got 600 kills r jets, but its just hard when eva i try, i just see people with poo ranks that just kik ass at shooting jets down and nothing else, with my its opposite
