    First get liquid cooling...

Mine has liquid cooling, inside a freezer, with a external tig watercooler. You can pretty much do anythign and it will never go above freezing, + it keeps my drinks cold.

My Prescott made it high priority to cool. W/ out going to liquid, i chose 120mm (3) the exhaust has sensor on it to raise rpm's which actually works very well. Also an 80mm intake on window to push some fresh towards vid card and NB. 3 exhausts on PSU. Artic cooling on Vid card w/ exhaust. Full Load on cpu steady at 61c.

I also took a screen and cut it to fit under grills of front intake and side intake, it collects the dust BEFORE it shows up in the case.
