Is there a way to invert the joystick controls in the game??? I got a joystick, but its inverted and I cant change it in the control panel [crap joystick, I guess]

did not check this since v1.03
but there was a bug in the setup
when it asks you for ptich and roll
be sure you do LEFT for roll (it will auto complete the right)
and BACK (ie climb UP) for pitch (it will auto complete the pitch)
if you do it (right/front)
your controls will be backward in game

Definitely. It's nice to customize, pleasant to use and more important reacts at once and precise.

For the wireless part I can tell you nothing bad about it. All my USB ports are on the back of my PC and about 1 1/2 meters away from me when using the stick. It works for greater distances too.

I have no connection problems and I'm using a cordless logitech mouse which is about 5cm away from the stick. Both doesn't interfere with each other.

The only drawback I've had so far is the standby modus: sometimes it doesn't get back to normal use. You have to pull out the batterie then and back in again.

Works at once then but normally it gets back on once you push any joystick button.

So all-in-all I'm very pleased with that stick. :)

I've a Saitek Cyborg Evo Wireless so it's basically the same as yours. It really reacts a little slower than a mouse/keyboard combo set to max. sensitivity but you get really quick used to it!

After practicing a little you'll feel a great enhancement regarding to your controll of jets and helicopters (though helis are pretty nasty to control for the first time with a stick ).

Imo it's a great stick for flying. Btw: I haven't changed any sensitivity values and it does perfectly well. :)

Is there a way? I do not like the slow response. Its like flying a tank. If i get a person thats using the keyboad i can not out monever them at all.I have switched back to my keyboard, and my k/d got better,then flying with the stick.

tbh I've no idea whether it's actually possible or not. But I've had a closer look at the Saitek profile editor which you got delivered with your stick too and you can assign the X and Y axis to the mouse and set the sensitivity higher there.

I haven't tried anything yet but I guess it works like the stick uses your mouse settings then (same as when you assign any other key of your keyboard to your stick).

In BF2 you should be able to adjust the sensitivity of your stick the same way you set the mouse sensitivity higher then but your mouse has to be assigned at least secondary for flight control (X and Y axis control). Moreover you should be able to fine tune your sensitivity with your mouse drivers too I think.

In short: I guess when you assign your X and Y axis of your stick to your X and Y axis of your mouse by using the Saitek profile editor it should work.

But again: I haven't tried it myself.

In BF2 you can adjust the sensitivity under options-> controls->aircraft.
You have propably tried that but you didn't write it so yeah... try that...
