Stats Showing as 0 , Leaderboard not loading

my stats are not loading and the leaderboard isnt eaither. it works at my mums place but not at my dads.

i have turned off the firewalls ect.. still a problem

is there a port i need to open in my modem?

my stats just do not load at all!!! all 0 and the leader board is the same,... I should have unlocked 2 guns by now and there not showing!!! could it be my router? (proberly)
