Ok when you first get into a helicopter, everything is lined and starting up. When you start to lift off there is a big circle in your aiming field that just goes away after lift-off. Does anybody know what this is/ what this is for? I must be crazy...

It is to show that you are hovering. If it is in the center, you are in a perfect hover...or you just lifted off. So if you are trying to hover use that as a guide.Comment

ah...ok...well...i just used whether i was moving or not as a guide to tell me if i was hovering
