The devs said them selves they didnt put the game sound track thing because Music about the war was a big deal back then while music nowadays doesnt consern the war as much/it isnt popular

this is the only feature i liked in vietnam and i really miss it it made the game fun pressing that button and attacking or runing with team mates (noobs)saying ya going home in peaces i would luv if someone could add these in a patch or a mod you could do better that that!!:p

How about a mod where you get a huge loud speaker mounted on a tank. Like that one WW2 movie, name unknown.

You are referring to "Kellys Heroes", in which Donald Sutherland's character Oddball has modified his Sherman tank by extending the barrel to fool the Germans into thinking he had a better gun, played loud country music during combat to relieve the men, and (my favourite) fired paint rounds at the Germans "for the beautiful patterns that they make". :laugh: :laugh: That film was a classic !

I was just about to post that and dam it would be awsome if we got some music in game we may aswell you can hear tanks rummbling from miles away plus when your getting raped by a tank you could at least have something to listen to while you wait to respawn. LOL i dont know if this would work but it would be cool if when you get in a tank you could press a button and it took you to a cd player screen and you could play any tune you wanted id be playing this .

Does anyone miss the taunts from BFV ?? You used to have radio commands like "I own your sorry ass", etc... plus the music you could blast out when your pwning (Martha Reeves "Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide" was my favourite) Dont you wish BF2 had something to humiliate the opposition when your playing really good ?

Take a look at any previous gaming magazine advertisements for bf2 before release. They clearly say (louder mocking) .. In the into video before the game loads you can hear the soldiers saying things like "Come get some"..

Obviously there is no mocking and this was just an exaggeration like the 140+ fixes in patch 1.03:evil:
