No, not really. You can play with your desktop on one, and BF2 on the other.

If you ment your FPS view on one, and your map on the other, no.

I use my dual monitor setup to keep a check on things like who's in TS and mIRC channels when looking for scrims, you can't play the game on both, or any game...
