FRAPS is just for capturing. If you want to edit existent video files you should take a look at SONY Vegas 6.0 or at Adobe Premiere 1.5. Both are pretty good but expensive ones too. :cry:
Vegas got a good amount of really nice SFX you can easilly use and implement. Premiere is a bit more complicated and has less predefined SFX but its interface is much better I think.
If you just want to capture BF2 stuff you can use the BattleRecorder too. Search the forum for more info on that.
