Does anyone use the Play now button (I forget the name) since the update? Does it still connect to laggy servers?

no, I don't use it and never used it, but to answer your question, since patch 1.03 it didn't get better because 1.03 just messed things more up, and screwed the browser in every way

It just chooses a random server. If it's laggy, that's just your dumb luck.

The game is always laggy the first few minutes of any game or map. I can play for an hour, but as soon as I change maps, it's laggy again for the first few minutes. It drives me insane. I have a current gaming system, so it's not my rig, it's the game.

classic :laugh: , i love getting that after waitin for about 2mins, then try reconnecting and the servers full :cry:

i have used it an really dont remember if it was a bad server or not but i have only used it once.

I clicked it once and I regret clicking it. It kept saying Connecting but it really wasn't doing anything, so it's pretty much useless unless if you want to crash BF2. So don't push the button!

i used that once in the begining when the game first came out, you know, when there weren't enough servers to let everyone play. So i clicked on it to find a server that had a player spot available. Needless to say it took me like 5 minutes to join a game, lol.

Autoready...haha..I don't get that button either? I think the Play now button should be labelled CRASH NOW...and as for the Autoready...when selected we should get a message..."THANKS JUST CHECKING".
