Very Dumb Question

Ok...here it is, Im sure all you experienced players will be like: wtfnub?


Ok, regarding my display name in game:

The 'account' name I made to sign-up/sign-in with was: 'toader_xX'

But...for some odd reason, it displays my name ingame and on the score sheets as: 'toader toader_xX'

Now, before I made an online account, I had a single player sign-in as just plain 'toader'. When I tried to create my first online account, I tried to use that name, but it was taken, so I wen with 'toader_xX'.

What the heck did I do wrong? Is there any way to fix this? Will I (or Should I) just delete the account and start over since I only have like 167 points to fix this?

I really dont understand how this got FUBAR'd like this, or if its even fixable.

Did you accidentally type "toader" in to the "prefix" box on the accounts screen thinking that it was the user name? Thanks to a great EA bug, the next time you looked at it, it would be blank...

And in order to remove it you just need to type something in the blank 'prefix' field and delete it just before you connect to a server.

Yes!!

I DID type toader into my preffix when I was first starting the game.

I did think to check it, but as you said...nothing was there.

Tonite when I play I will try this fix...thanks guys!!!

Oh, no worries...Im not fretting. Im having fun in the game, and the learning curve is expected.
