Anyone played it and want to give their thoughts? I can't decide if I should bother downloading it, the previous releases left me disappointed. Any major improvements? The random map object feature sounds pretty cool.

I havn't tried it yet...will though. I am mostly waiting for vehicles and huge maps though. :) Which will be....2.7, no?

Good potential, but imho ruined by the players. The way everyone plays is....interesting. They will spam grenades, camp, etc to areas were ITS LIKLEY for people to be from their passed expirience of playing the map. Sometimes Ill will think, "oh this is a good vantage point." And when you have no repsawns this is rather annoying.

Other than that i just don't like the feel of the game. I don't feel I have a enough control of my player.

Having no respawn makes you play the game with more strategy and teamwork.

camping is a legitimate strategy. ESPECIALLY when there are objectives that require guarding
