Cant get these ribbons/badges no matter what!

I cant get these medals/ribbons even if i double the requirments or even more

Ribbons
Helicopter Service Ribbon
Staff Officer Ribbon
Armored Service Ribbon* (got 78 kills in a tank and like 10 deaths in one map that lasted like 35 min and still didnt get the ribbon)
Badges
Basic Pistol Combat Badge( did map nothing but pistol and got 15 kills and no badge)
Basic Explosives Ordinance Badge (one i try hardest for but cant get no matter what...do u need 13 of each ? lol cause i got 16 claymore 5 mine and 3 c4 kills in one map and no badge)
Basic Engineer Badge (lol repair repair in tank and got about 15 repair points...marked each time i saw repair point rewarded in tank next to other vechiles)

ALL these i have tried and tried to get...on the servers i get the points but not the badges or ribons.....most of these i did get playing on a server but it never recorded it...its was a firescore server (where i got all these and like 1000 points and none was recorded lol) Are the req accurate on www.bf2s.com for these rib/badges ? Or am i just getting the shaft ?

heli ribbon, you can be co and master the cam missle
still working on staff officer
Armored, i think is all armor to armor kills

sure it was ranked?
get on op clean sweap, strap a buggy, try not to ram, have good timing

make sure they are ranked

Sounds like the server you're playing on isn't tracking stats properly. Just try other servers.

its been over like 15 diff servers.....ive been trying for these badges/ribbons for months!

Seems like a ranked server issue, come play our server I know the ranks are recording there. 205.234.159.236

Or make sure you play an Official EA server if you don't trust me :)

alright havnt had much time to be on or anything latley but going to play in a bit and take screenshots this time and record the server i join.

Hey man u may be able to help me not wit ribbons,but with my rankings im a corporal by rank on1861 points,got my multi basic badges,gold & bronze stars,purple heart medals & four ribbons only be online 3weeks,my problem is tonite ive logged on & went to BFHQ to check my score from last nite & shows me as a Private with no points!!!! wat the hell is goin on man?Is it a (bug) or a problem with the aussie servers?

log out, log in, you may have to do this several times. I think it happens when trying to connect to account server, if it times out, it lets you play but gives you a rank as private.

yeah i got same prob i stayed on the aa near an airport on mashtur city well over 5 min and i still didn't get da basic badge, it REALLY sucks. My ranks are working fine!

what i do to make sure it all counts is i just play on official EA servers. Never had a problem getting any awards through them.

I can never seem to get that badge either its wierd.

I found out that a few of the guidlines on bf2s for badges and ribbons is incorrect. For example on bf2s it says to get transport badge you need to be in a transport for 10 minutes. So for three days I drove around way longer than 10 minutes each time and never got it. Then I read here on totalbf2 that you have to have a passenger with you. Makes more sense now. I think after one of the patches they changed it and bf2s hasn't updated the description.

Also like they said make sure it's a ranked server. For engineer go in BH with a good squad and sit in back and wrench away. Works good on Mashtuur City and Songhua Somethinorother (the foggy one).

Staff Officer ribbon, if you are playing in a server that no one seems to care that they dont have a commander, accept it, and play the best damn you can, cap flags, kill, kill, kill in any mean possible....i just it yesterday, i was eng and on tank half round, i usted the uav for my team, and the scan art for my self, i took out squads with one shot kills beacuse of my shotty, had 65+ kills, not counting art, since it dosnt count it, i had 50 at the last ticket, and ended up with 102 at the end

this was a regular 16v16 32player map, if i didnt care for ribbon, ive had more points than just 102

you dont need to have a passenger, i got it in a boat at that foggy china map
