2 "new features" in 1.03 that I'm not getting

1) The names of players in your vehicle are displayed in the HUD when someone enters the vehicle or switches positions.

Where? Am I just completely missing this? I still have no idea who the other people are in a vehicle that I'm also in, whether driving or not.

2) The minimap zoom level now changes dynamically depending on the type of vehicle you are in. If you zoom in or out manually, that zoom level is remembered for that vehicle type next time you use it.

This sounded great but wtf? I'm now continuously having to press the N key all the time just to get the zoom I want. It appears to constant reset itself to something that I don't want. It worked way better prior to this fix.

I have noticed both. You can see the names of people riding with you on the bottom of the screen, right about the armor's health (I think). You can notice the minimap fix when you are flying in a chopper and the minimap zooms out so you can see the whole battlefield better.

1) When someone enters or exits your vehicle, it pops up in the bottom left area of your screen.

2) Doesn't really bother me, maybe there is an option for it you can change in the menu.

Also when you die, your minimap zooms out so you can see the whole battlefield, and then once you spawn, it goes back to the level you had it set.

I see it pop up for a second but then when I go to get a look at it a few seconds later..its gone, how do i get it back?
