I'm interested if anyone can tell me how to edit the weapon's power and accuracy, I've heard of it around but could never find the right file...main intrest is for single player the M95 sniper rifle

The file to edit would be
objects_server.zip\weapons\handheld\USSNI_M95_Barr et\ussni_m95_barret.tweak.
If you want to give it one-hit kill ability change
ObjectTemplate.damage 190 to ObjectTemplate.damage 228
To increase accuracy I would copy the deviation numbers from the M24.
