Hey all, well this tip is for MEC forces, this usually comes in handy at the start of the game on this map when the front MEC base(hotel) and the USMC battle it out, well usually the USMC are camping or pushing hard to capture that hotel and they are usually based around the right artillery. There is a good way to flank them just take this rought with your squad

and wooop some ass but if there are guys on top of the hill your most likely going to die and fall down the hill :evil:

I do it all the time, much to the complaint of the USMC who eventually have to spawn elsewhere.

Another great Karkand tip for those on the USMC team is making your way all the way to the main base of the MEC. From the arty spawn, go down the hill and go to the far right behind all the buildings. You'll see you're next to the edge of the map but you can jump down beside the wall and travel where no one can see you. Walk all the way along that and then travel across the river and eventually make your way to MEC main base. Great tactic to go with a squad and cap it, not many people there cause they all spawn by hotel.

Why walk to the MEC mainbase?

Ive been using the humvee apc and tank to do it

You get a 'your leaqving the battlefield' message when in the vehicle, but wait till the countdown is almost up and jump out the vehicle run to the wall and then jump back in the vehicle till your clear and in the battlefield proper.

With good commander support, ie UAV and supplies, you can take that base and start fighting the mec from two frnts.

He's not talking about walking to MEC mainbase. He's talking about going towards the USMC spawn point and harassing them. It's good bothering them up there drawing attention away from they're goal to capture flags.

ya that is a good path can be a bit hard when in a rush but it works.
