I cant get the Battlefield map editor to work

i made a map using the beta version of EAs map editor but when i try to play the map I crash to windows. Can any one help me/

First of all you need to use the search button so that we dont have to answer the same questions over and over and over and...

Second you need to explain exactly how and at what point it crashes.

Also have you tried windowed mode?

Ok forst off it crashes about maybe after about 30% loading prigress. Second when it dose crash the screen turns black and next im back on my desk top and BF2 has closed itself.

Try this:
To get the error message, you might wanna try to run the game in windowed mode. Make a shortcut on the desktop that has this target property:
"C:\Program files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 0"

If you just want to test the map, you can run it in debugged mode using the BF2_r executable.

Path is: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2_r

Use that to launch the game instead of the normal BF2 executable.

that is not working anymore because of the 1.03 patch. EA needs to release a new one.
