    Problem with Refreshing servers..

    Lately I have only been able to refresh a total of like 50-80 servers when as of a week ago I was able to pick from a list of 700-800? Anyone know what causes this or how to get back the other servers on my refresh list. I have tried changing my filters etc but it didn't work.

    Thanks in advance.

          What happens when you use an external browser like ASE or BF2 Autoloader?

          btw, this forum is more for people who admin servers, your question is a client one which would explain the lack of replies :)

              Check your filters. Make sure nothings been checked.

                      I'm having the same problem. All filters are unchecked, but I never get more than 30. Since I like to play ranked games, I usually check the "Ranked" check box, but then I never get more than 3 servers.

                      The servers returned are often German and vary from night to night.

                      I have accumulated 7-8 servers in my favorites list, but all but 2 have red text, and I can't get any information about how many players are on or game settings or anything. On a couple, even the name of the server is blank, and the whole row just has red dashes in the other columns.

                      Before the patch, I had hundreds of servers in my list.

                          I did download the BF2 Autoloader program the other day, and it finds thousands of servers.

                          It's nice that that program disables those confounded intro movies you can't skip, but it seems to take LONGER to actually start loading the map. After lauching, it just sits there with a blank screen for a really long time, and then finally comes up. Of course, it's great when it ends up saying the server is full.

                              BF2 Auto Loader shouldn't be any longer than using BF2 on it's own and should in fact be a little faster as you don't have to login first.
