Found a way to find lost cd keys!

Ok this is like if u r totally desperate to get ur cd key back! (not sure 100% sure if it will work and u may experience errors/lose files (havent seen any yes)) but
do a system restore to the time when u installed the game or 1.02 patch (some time b4 u isntall 1.3) and then go to ur registry or use that cdkey.bat program in the sticky and voila ur cd key it back..then u can "undo" ur last restoration and then itll be back to normal...
to do a system restore go to "start->programs->accesories->system tools and it should be tehre...good luck and admins feel free to delete this if it causes anyone any problmes..just htought it was cool

I think I posted this a week ago. It's been posted many times that the key is stored in the registry so it SHOULD be obvious that if you have a restore point sometime between when the game was installed and the time you installed the 1.03 patch that you could get the key that way.
