Give close range commands. Don't just pick a flag and say atack here. Your Squads/Squad members. Will never follow it. Thats the key to successfull squad leading. :)

Hopefully people will use the function - let alone use it more effectively.

Most of the time the orders I get in a squad are just orders passed down from the commander.

I think the biggest thing is people find voice to be much more effective than the little pointers.

The commander should be able to give long range movement commands. It's the squad leader's job to keep them together. If that's ever actually possible. . .

exactly. most of the time when several of us are in a server. if some random pubber is in our squad you won't see many of those. We communicate everything on TS.
