It takes both. Consider the invasion of Poland:

Teams on horseback (Poland) vs. Asshat in a Tank (Germany)

Not historically accurate, but the Poles did get their asses handed to them on a stick.

Working as a team is a skill.

I'm happy to see at least one person said this. Everybody else is starting out with a flawed understanding.

Teamwork IS A SKILL.

Teamwork is not a skill I was referring to. I mean skill as in accuracy and ability to kill. Combat skill.

It takes both, but skill is not THAT important when working as a team. The enemy has lots of targets to shoot at, which means the lesser-skilled players can fire at them.

I have taken out the enmey whilld only to be taken out by his buddy, so Teamwork is everything in this game.
