We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Why does it matter if you're First Sergeant or Master Sergeant? And don't bother trying to get EA to fix one person's rank, just bitch at them and tell other people to bitch at them, and they will eventually fix it in a patch later on (probably not the next one ).

It doesn't REALLY matter, but don't you get all the unlocks as 1st sarge? Anyway, I feel cheated a little bit when i don't see the 1st sarge by my name even though I have twice the points needed and all the badges...
Update on the EA thing: A tech rep finally looked at my question. I noticed they decided to put "solved" under the status of my question even though my rank has not been fixed. All the tech person did was ask me for information I'd already given (Account name, current rank, expected rank, problem, when it occurred).

dunno, i doubt it as i think the game itself doesnt register your award(dunno that much about this game and who runs what so cant help you much there).
I'm having the same problem. I am a Master sergeant and i have 20,000+ global points and all my basic badges. However, I had a couple of veteran badges which I didn't achieve in the same round as the basic badges. I beleive the bug has to do something with the veteran badges not just skipping the basic pistol badge. I earned every basic badge except my knife badge. I tought I'd wait until I got close to 20,000 to try attempting to get the basic knife badge. In the process of waiting, I got my veteran combat, tank, engineer, and commander badge. When I finally got my basic knife badge nothing happened. Waited waited waited and waited.....nothing
Well, it has now been two weeks since I have updated and still nothing has updated on my stats. Still shows the last game I played was on the 10th of this month. No experience, no kills, nothing.
