Ridiculously high vote requirements on servers

I just played a game on Wake Island 2007 on "Tha Dog Pound Gangstas" server (or something like that) in which there was a guy named "Ruaviator". He was tking for jets but the vote requirement to kick him was 20 people. I ask all of you, have any of you ever seen a successful vote in this game besides one for mutiny or one of those "vote successful by deafult" ones? This is the reason scum like Ruaviator are able to thrive and get so many points in this game. So I say this to all the server admins:

PLEASE TURN DOWN YOUR VOTE REQUIREMENT! After I tried to kick him Ruaviator tried to kick me. I had gotten 14 votes against him and he'd only gotten 7 against me. See? Admins need to stop being paranoid about innocent people getting kicked.

99% of the time kick votes don't work. Rarely, that is a good thing, but most of the time it is annoying. It never works because the team is either too lazy or too involved in their game.

The vote kick should only be for your own team, not everyone on the server. I mean if you're MEC and some guy is TK'ing or being a smacktard then he's helping the USMC.

Additionally many people don't vote or have voting turned off in the option. Those people should not count when determining the voting and thus the required number of votes adjusted accordingly (i.e. half the people on the server have votes turned off then only half the required number of votes are necessary).

I haven't seen a Muntiny be successful either. I played a round where a sniper was commander and all he did was put UAV and scanned for his own targets. Never did he spot or anything for the rest of the team.

Oh well, this is why you goto servers that have active admins...those guys get booted pretty quick. For example, I was on digital anarchy's clan server last night (boy da|illusion is good a helicopter), and some guy stole his tank while he was repairing it and then said, "Thanks Champ," after doing it. Not 10 seconds later he was booted.

Well there were like 6 admins there, but the only thing they did is call me a retard when I accidently voted to kick one of them because, right before I clicked, they switched places with ruaviator on the score board. Maybe those admins are just in bed with smacktards though...do you mind giving me the name of a server where there are active admins.

in over 360+ hours, not once have i seen a successful votekick. they should make it so that if you don't vote, that's counted as a "yes." that way, votekicking/mutinying would be more successful (and helpful).

Then you'll get some noob who gets ****ed off at his own teammate and calls a vote kick and the good players end up getting booted while the ahole is over there laughing his a$$ off

Sometimes, but did you see my example? Clearly, since he was guilty, he got twice the kick votes I did.

You should have team vote like on bf1942 as even on bf1942 i never saw a kick vote past i don't think dice or ea even play there games as they don't take stuff from the old games in to the future, with a team vote i did see some get passed on bf1942 as it was in the interests of the whole team to kick them.

I have never seen a successful votekick either now that I think about it, except by default.
