Spec Ops Detonator Bug?

Have you ever thrown a C4 on a vehicle, pull out your detonator with the right-click and then left click to detonate but it just tosses out a C4 instead? My roommate and I have been experiencing this problem, and it's not the first time this has happened it started back when we got the game. I've noticed it more since I'm trying for my Explosives Badge. It seems to happen the most often when there is some lag or a lot of action going on, which generally means it happens at the worst possible times, when I could get lots of kills. I was hoping this would be fixed in the patch but it keeps happening. It's so damn frustrating.

Thats not a bug with the game it is because either your settings are to high for your hardwares capabilities or your internet connection isn't fast enough to play the game properly.

That happened once to me the other night on Wake Island and once a few weeks ago on Karkland. It's server lag.

i had it happen once, also when it tossed the C-4 it exploded so i was kinda cheesed off, but it has only hapened once to me

happens all the time to me no matter where im playing or how many people im playing with. Usually when i spawn as spec ops i switch to c4, throw one out and then switch to the detonator (it switches automatically back to c4). But after this first time, i dont have any more problems until i spawn again. Its definatly a bug, i dont think it has anythign to do with internet connection or computer speed

Ive had that problem, i laided my last piece of c4 but as the detonator auto changes i just keep clicking as i thought i had more C4 to put down and it just all blew up.
