why is my cd-key invalid

I log into my account and I try and join a game but a message comes up saying that I have an invalid cd-key, I do not hack, stat pad or do anything that would cause this someone help

This is a known bug with 1.03. I believe it has something to do with the cd-key encryption that they started using with this version.

I've heard that if you log in to a differnet user account on windows then try to play this will occur...make sure you are on the same account you installed it on.

wow, no but i cant get it to work i tried the stuff at the other forums, all but re-installing but i dont have the time to do that now

AFAIK some errors have yet to be fixed (like modified content error) but the cd_key one, while annoying, has been fixed for everyone besides those that have installed the game and the patch using 2 different Windows XP accounts.

i have done everything in 1 windows account and still it doesnt work I went to the ea support website the stuff they had there didnt help now im kinda ****ed
