Does anybody know if EA implemented more commisioned ranks in BF2 since the new 1.03 Patch ? Would be nice to see a whole bunch of ranks cause that'll keep me playing.

2nd LT, 1st LT, CPT, MAJ, LTC, COL, BG, MG, LTG, G plus the Warrant Officer Ranks WO1, WO2, WO3, WO4 !

What do you expect ? Plenty of people are heated again cause the new patch brought some new issues. EA/DICE need to keep people busy so it's worth the while. Me personally, I love to play this game BECAUSE it has so many things to archieve. It motivated me and keeps me going. That's what makes this game so awesome. I hope it keep up with the upcoming expansion.

The ranks here on totalBf2 could be used, check your rank against your name.

To answer the poll question.... no, more rank and awards will not keep me playing. The fact that I'm having fun will keep me playing. Rank and awards are just a nifty little bonus, post factum.
