How to unban a player?

Ive searched countless forums and cant find anything. A player was banned from my server and I would like to unban them. They gave my a hash from the console command pb_myguid but that hash doesnt match my ban list. Any suggestions?

Well, the problem is that his pb_myguid hash isnt in the banlist and his ip address isnt listed either. How can he found out his real cd key hash?

What is the actual message he gets when trying to join your server?

Where and how banned player can get his real CD-KEY hash that will correspond to the hash in BF banlist.con ?


Also why is banlist wiped when server is restarted ?

I guess noone knows. Oh well, we had him go to another owned by a friend, got banned and wrote down the hash. Matched it up to one in our list and removed it. There must be an easier way to figure out someones hash.
