Re: question for good chopper pilots
I use the same as you. Pitch and yaw set to 4 and sensitivity to 3.00
I practiced over and over again on various maps on SP. A good exercise is to fly straight at the hotel on the gulf of Oman and just buzz around past it into the courtyard killing the speed and then spin it round and climb to land it on the roof. Do this all in one motion. Its a lot easier with the cobra as the landing foot print is smaller, so try it with the Havoc as you need to get the rear wheel on the diving board or else it falls backward off the roof into the pool below.
Another good exercise is to circle an object using sideways drift and tail rotor and try to do it as fast as you can whilst keeping the cursor on the target. This is a great technique for letting the gunner clear areas of enemy troops as they cant hide behind the buildings and fences quickly enough to evade you. Its also good for clearing high points (cranes etc..) of snipers. Just be aware of the height of neighbouring obstacles or it'll be a short sortie
