@server admins - 'no mutiny' and 1 round maps

Since this forum is chock full o' rants, I figured I'd fire one off :)

    1. 1 round per map servers....I dunno why they exist. When we have 6 guys looking to get in somewhere, the only one's with room are usually 1 round per map. The game takes long enough to freaking load / verify as it is, don't make guys do it every single map.... If there are servers lacking in players, its usually due to the server being 1 round per map. Even on good systems this stinks.

    2. The new thing of having servers where you cannot initiate a kick vote, or mutiny the commander is flat out stupid. Sure, seeing votes initiated all the time wasn't much more than senseless spam, but there are times when it was useful with commanders and tk'ers in particular.

Played today on the 1stAD server. Spawn to grab a helo, and the Commander pulls up in it. After he died, me and another player grabbed it, only to see him flying around in a J10. All the while, no real commander action was going on, his assets were all in working order (Dailan Plant, PLA), and we were getting our butts kicked.

Would have been nice to initiate a mutiny on him, I don't commander much, but would have gladly taken over for this tool.....alas though, that choice was taken from us and we were left with Mr. Flyboy as our commander. Needless to say, we lost.

yeah, before joining a server i make sure to check the round times. it's no fun when you join a 1 round only server and go through the long load time and once you get in, it's the end of the round so you have to go through yet another loading process to get to the next map!

also, once i join a server, i immediately check if you can mutiny/votekick. but sometimes i wonder why bother? i mean, not once have i seen someone getting votekicked or mutinied.
