    It's possible, but totally unrealistic. If planes were modelled simulation like, you wouldn't be able to pull negative g's by going inverted and pushing on the stick. What would happen is you would red out, aside from tossing your cookies. It's the same like blacking out except the effect is red. They say just a few negative g's can cause the blood vessels in your eyes to burst. I guess it would have to be sudden and drastic before this could happen. This is why you don't see the blue angels manuerving inverted. About the most they do is just flip the jet over and go straight.

    Conversely you can pull much more positive gs by pulling back on the stick. You can pull up to 9 gs and it takes a while for you to black out. Of course you have to fight the gs to stay awake in a 9g turn. Positive g's pushes you into the seat and negative pulls you out.
