As much as I agree with you, let's look at the other side of the equation for fun.

You're in a clan, on a server that you pay money for. You and a clan mate are flying around in a chopper practicing piloting for an upcoming match. You've been using the chopper for a round or two, and all is well.

Next thing you know, when someone kills your chopper, you go to the pad and see a huge crowd waiting. You tell them all nicely that you were there first, and ask that they respect that. Of course, your pilot manages to get in, but some random smurf grabs the gunner spot.

If after several requests to bail out, with the gunner completely ignoring you or even laughing at you, I think a nice kick (with no ban) is justifiable.

You're in their server, you're going to need to respect them.

SaladFork....if you and your clan mates want to practice flying around for a match, you need to do it on a password protected server IMHO. If it's a ranked public server, you don't have the right to the choppers, tanks or anything else just because you pay for the server. By making the server public, you're inviting everyone else to play, as long as they play by the rules. Doing what you describe would be just the same as inviting you neighbors over to watch the Super Bowl, and then not letting them sit down on the couch in front of the TV with you.

OMG You write that in public and expect people to respect you. This is a wind up surely.
You haven't the sense or the decency to close your server and praccy you just kick them. How very sad.
Public is public. You carry on abusing the public and you will only be fighting each other and will end up with an empty server.
I for one appreciate those that contribute to run a server but only if its run in the true spirit of the game. Any meglomaniac behaviour like that and i wheelspin shaprish and put the word out straight away just how sad that particular admin is/are.
They are exactly whats spoiling this game for a lot of people. Chuck ten quid in a month and you think you are God.
