We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
There has been many times when I would go too high or too far out of the mission area and I would get lost. It was like the whole world was going around and around and no matter what I could not right myself.
Then the your out area sign then your heath starts to go...
Re: Is it just me or can pilots get lost in the sky?
The flight ceiling. It has remained the same since BF 1942, despite the fact that the jets (specifically bombers) have gotten much faster and require more time to acquire targets.
Re: Is it just me or can pilots get lost in the sky?
Yep, you just have to wait till you run out of health.
Its very annoying as often when your ina dogfight your can loose track of where you are/your height and then you find yourself dieing and you cant stop it...
Re: Is it just me or can pilots get lost in the sky?
Yeah, I tried seeing how high I could go the other day, and I think my alt. was around 2600 and I started spinning out of control until I jumped out and was killed instantly.

That's why pilots carry pistols in their flight suits.
Goodbye cruel world...
*cockpit covers in red mist*
Dude I wish we could do that. Like your flying beside an enemy plane and he see's smoke and fire coming out your plane then looks again and see's blood all over the cockpit lol...
Re: Is it just me or can pilots get lost in the sky?
Is it just me or when you fly higher does the plane respond differently.. To me it seems like its harder to turn, or at least it takes longer to react.

The planes seem to respond a little slower up high.

Yeah, that's all I do... I like using the ceiling as a defense when I'm being chased by a fighter when I'm in a bomber.
You can even get past the 1000 foot mark and if you're holding reverse, fall back down into "safe" space and get back on the map while leaving your pursuer spinning out of control
